Pallet Wood Coffee Table

This project is a coffee table we made from pallet wood. Pallet wood is not a wood we ever considered for furniture before, until we saw some examples in the rustic style we like so much. So Jerry tried his hand at it, and the results are below for you to judge and hopefully enjoy. :-)  The photos below take you from  the raw materials and the finished product.

Jerry started with a pallet we picked up and "de-grunged" .  :-)

Once ridden of crusty critters, bugs, dried lizards, etc, Jerry disassembled the pallet and saved the usable boards.

White legs almost match the socks and shorts. :-)

Jerry made the frame from reclaimed pine. The legs and pewter colored rings on each end of the table are from a salvaged coffee table. Table decorations courtesy of his lovely and creatively talented wife Liliana. :-) (he said that, not me)
