Vintage White Chairs. Wooden Chairs Refinished

We found these two chairs on a Barn Sale in Florida.

I started cleaning them with Murphy's oil soap to remove the coats of dust accumulated through out the years, this process cleaned and also gave them a great scent of natural orange.

After a really long process of cleaning and sanding, the next step was to paint them. I used an antique white paint color, and then hand painted a design on them, with a blue/gray paint color.

I distressed them and then applied several coats of special dark furniture wax for protection.

The chairs are solid, regular adult size chair.

These chairs would add a great, classy, vintage look to your entryway, as a decorative chairs, or whatever suits your need.
